The Regional Discipline Lead – Physical Therapist (PT) is a practicing pediatric clinician who serves as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor for physical therapists across a defined region. This role acts as the “professional home” anchor for PTs—partnering closely with Clinic Directors and Regional Leadership to support clinical quality, mentorship, onboarding, and discipline‑specific development.This role is designed as a career advancement pathway for high‑performing clinicians who want to expand their leadership impact while maintaining hands‑on patient care.
