Position Summary:

The Regional Discipline Lead – Physical Therapist (PT) is a practicing pediatric clinician who serves as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor for physical therapists across a defined region. This role acts as the “professional home” anchor for PTs—partnering closely with Clinic Directors and Regional Leadership to support clinical quality, mentorship, onboarding, and discipline‑specific development.
