Research Program and Collaboration Management, Senior Manager
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will serve as the “COO” of multiple Research Project Teams (pairing closely with the relevant Program Team Leads (PTLs), who serve as the “CEO” of the team), to ensure the program has a high-performing operating process that aligns team execution tactics with program strategy. You will lead without authority across a matrix environment—owning the fundamentals (cross-functional meeting management, agendas, minutes, decisions/actions, building integrated project plans and Gantt charts, and bringing awareness of risks, issues, and dependencies). The result of your efforts will be to enable high-quality decision-making, governance readiness, and execution.
When programs are partnered with Amgen’s external alliance partners, you may also serve a dual role as the program’s collaboration management lead and first point of contact for alliance execution and agreement-related questions—ensuring effective joint governance and delivery of partnership obligations.
