Job Summary:

You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety.  You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.  Supervises and assists the Bell Staff in providing service to guests upon their arrival & departure to include handling luggage, providing information, etc.   Acts as the liason between Jackson Lake Lodge and our Tour operators and directors.  Works with both parties to seamlessly coordinate Tour arrivals and departures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Anticipates Guest needs, leads the bell team with an exceptional example of guest service.

• Responsible for the payroll budget of supervised personnel.

• Delegates duties to Bell Staff and prepares the weekly schedule
• Accompany guests to room with luggage.
• Knowledgeable and able to train employees on Vail Resorts Brand Standards for bellmen.
• Provides information to guests on all facilities and activities.
• Explains operation of equipment in guestrooms such as heater controls.
