Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the screen out listed below. This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out for this position is performing the following tasks: Ability to do the theoretical, precise, and/or artistic work applies to skilled and semi-skilled occupations. SKILLED - use knowledge of trade theory and up-to-date trade practices. Skilled examples: Fabricate tools/fixtures/gages with critical dimensions. Use arithmetic/trade math for computations. Construct new, one-of-a-kind items. Invent new methods. Special/decorative effects. Plan/layout/set up operations. SEMI-SKILLED - special skills/procedures a worker must know and acquire through experience in line of work. Semi-skilled examples: Set up/shift storage locations. Select containers/protective devices/cushioning materials. Pack items considering size/type/weight/fragility/how they are transported. Know locations of stock and how they are marked/tagged/identified. Rotate items according to shelf life/age/date. Handling/processing/storing techniques. Machines/equipment used. Match names/numbers/other ID to orders or receipts.
