The SR Analyst Continuous Improvement Project Office, Systems Support and Reporting Project is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Improvement and Innovation Function strategy in the company, maximizing the transformation of knowledge and ideas into direct and indirect profit for the Company, comprehensively and systematically, by using tools for excellence, knowledge management, and innovation.

• Provide support for the governance of SAP ECC systems for E&P countries and business lines.

  • Analysis and review of SAP ECC systems, not originally implemented under the Repsol model (such as SAP NAO: ERP-100/BWP-100) to identify and close gaps between origin and Repsol group model.

  • Review and support business processes and procedures for PRA in USA.

  • Periodic review and status follow-ups of critical incidents and its resolutions affecting both the monthly closing and accounting processes.

  • Review, evaluate and report on requests for automations or other improvement in reporting within SAP models.

  • Participate and status review of new SAP society implementation, ensuring that adherence to the E&P global template and model procedures.

• Participate in S4 HANA implementation projects, providing expert knowledge of the E&P business processes, reporting model and systems.

  • Assist with the definition of the implementation roadmap.

  • Support the identification and analysis of gaps affecting the implementation.

  • Coordination and follow-up of implementation activities and schedules with countries.

• Run & Maintenance support in the new S4 HANA Central Finance (CFIN) system, specifically in the E&P Analytical reporting area.

  • Periodic review and status follow-ups of critical incidents and its resolutions affecting both the monthly closing and accounting processes.

  • Coordinate the support and evolution initiatives for analytical reporting of E&P.

• Collaborate and support in the growth of the Central Finance system, as the common Reporting Hub platform for real time financial and anaytical data and reporting.

  • Identification and scope evaluation of improvement initiatives for enhance and homogenized reporting.

  • Assist with requirements analysis documentations, functional design validations, testing, training and roll-out.

• Accompany the areas of the Economic-Fiscal DC promoting and leading transformation projects through the use of new technologies and ways of working, such as Workdesk/Workiva, SAC (SAP Cloud Analytics).

  • Participation in the gathering of requirements, analysis and design of the solutions to be implemented in the systems, acting as a liaison between users and IT.

  • Coordinate and participate in study projects, pilots, proofs of concept or digital cases.

  • Identify, prioritize, promote and collaborate in the development of other digital initiatives in the area.
