<p>Empowering people, creating technology.</p><p></p><p></p><h1>Responsibilities:</h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li>You will be responsible for all HR topics along the entire employee life cycle for the support area of our location in Hückelhoven</li><li>As a central point of contact, you will advise and support specialists and managers in all matters relating to operational and strategic HR work </li><li>You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, from the initial briefing and applicant management through to signing the contract</li><li>You will also be responsible for implementing and supporting the talent and performance management process, as well as promoting health and implementing the BEM program </li><li>You will maintain a trusting and constructive working relationship with the works council</li><li>You will also be responsible for the administrative maintenance of time management</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>Qualifications:</h1><p></p><p></p><ul><li>You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or law with a focus on HR and have several years of professional experience as an HR generalist in a manufacturing company</li><li>You have a structured, solution-oriented and conscientious way of working.
