Job Summary

This position is responsible for actively tracking key projects from inception to delivery including overseeing the development of and management of critical milestones and project plans; position will track, escalate and resolve risks/issues for complex marketing projects with minimal oversight; position will organize and lead annual readiness kick-offs and ongoing readiness meetings while representing the department on enterprise project meetings; position will engage with internal and external delivery partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree or 4 years experience working in a position which requires independent decision making
* 4 years of combined experience working in a position which requires experience gathering and documenting business requirements and team leadership with program management.
* Experience working a dynamic work environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Analytical skills, detail oriented, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Verbal and written communication skills.
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in Business or Healthcare
* Analytical skills.
* Risk management experience.
* PMP Certification.
* Knowledge of project/program management best practices.

* Project Management software proficiency.
* Experience and knowledge of the Health Care Industry.

This role is a hybrid position and will work in the office 3 days per week.
