POSITION OVERVIEW

The Regulatory Senior Manager position is within our global Product Stewardship/Regulatory team. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina, which maintains a hybrid work-from-home policy, but can be remote if relocation is required.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic regulatory leadership by developing and executing regulatory strategies, advising R&D and the business on regulatory risk, product feasibility, and long-term innovation.
• Monitor and anticipate global regulatory trends, proactively communicating impacts to R&D and leadership to guide research direction, reformulation, and portfolio decisions.
• Partner with R&D and cross functional teams to enable innovation through early regulatory insight, practical guidance, and risk mitigation to reduce late-stage rework.
• Embed regulatory input into R&D governance and stage gate processes
