As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive and responsive to the needs of those entering the building. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities when necessary.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide information about building policies and procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive observation and prompt reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
