Superlanet is seeking a Senior Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to join our well-known Southern California healthcare client. This is a fully remote, 3-month contract opportunity with a strong likelihood of extension.
We are looking for a well-rounded Epic PB analyst who can support a variety of Professional Billing and Revenue Cycle workflows. While experience with claims and remittance is a plus, the ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise across Charge Router, Charge Review, Coding, Insurance Follow-Up, Credits, and SBO/Self-Pay workflows .
This role will support a highly collaborative Revenue Cycle IS team focused on delivering efficient, scalable Epic solutions that enhance financial operations and improve the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and implement Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) solutions that support revenue cycle operations.

Provide advanced support for Epic PB workflows including Charge Router, Charge Review, Coding, Insurance Follow-Up, Credits, and Single Billing Office (SBO)/Self-Pay .

Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

Support Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, and system enhancements.

Collaborate closely with Revenue Cycle operations including Patient Access, Revenue Integrity, Professional Billing, Coding, Finance, Cashiers, Provider Enrollment, and SBO teams .

Work with cross-functional IT teams, trainers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful system integrations and enhancements.

Participate in project planning, system testing, validation, and go-live support activities.

Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for Epic PB functionality and revenue cycle workflows.
Minimum Qualifications

7–9 years of related experience supporting Epic revenue cycle applications.

Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification required.

Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations and Epic system configuration.

Demonstrated experience with system design, build, testing, implementation, and user support .

Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with operational stakeholders and technical teams.

Proven organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong analytical and documentation skills including reporting, metrics tracking, and system testing.
Preferred Qualifications

Epic PB Claims/Remittance Certification.

Epic Charge Router Certification.

Project management experience supporting healthcare IT initiatives.

Strong revenue cycle operations background and understanding of healthcare financial workflows.
