This role involves developing robust data solutions, ensuring data integrity, and implementing  scalable and efficient applications integration to support the company's objectives.</p><p>If you are ready to lead a multidisciplinary &amp; multicultural  team of ~10 analysts &amp; developers, this job is made for you.</p><p>More information on our IT landscape:</p><ul><li>Our 40 applications are mainly hosted on SaaS platforms and organized around business products (set of processes). Most of them are used by the group (office suite &amp; collaboration, SIRH, Sales management, Marketing automation...), only the finance domain is focused on France</li><li>All apps are highly interconnected through an API management platform (Mulesoft)</li><li>A full BI stack (Snowflake/Alteryx/Tableau) was installed and currently covers all domains use cases (Finance, HR, Sales).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>Proven experience (5  years) in data architecture, IS architecture, or a related role</li><li>Proficiency in database management systems, data modeling, and data warehousing</li><li>Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and technologies</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms </li><li>Knowledge of data privacy regulations </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities </li><li>Ability to deep dive and to step back for strategic discussions with C-level</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken &amp; written)</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities to promote its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
