Job Duties: As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. As a position of technical/professional influence, frequently operate at the leading edge of technology. Recommend and justify enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercise creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Lead experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; work on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influence difficult decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Enable business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolve very complex customer escalations. Drive customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Create new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings. May telecommute. (385.21583)

 

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Consulting Technical Director-related occupation.

Position requires:

  1. ERP solutions at a consultancy including business process analysis, systems analysis and design, or technical/functional solutions delivery;
  2. Major business processes and associated functionality in the finance and order to cash domain;
  3. Building custom code utilizing: Java Scripting, XML, HTML, Web Services, SQL database, and data base tool for NetSuite application;
  4. Building custom reports for customers utilizing: SQL Database, BI tool, Crystal object, and Oracle Database;
  5. Commercial subscription billing products (Zuora, Aria, Netsuite, or similar) and industry trends (Pricing models in the Software and Services verticals);
  6. NetSuite ERP products (focus on Order to Cash: Billing Schedules, Contract Renewals, Revenue Management);
  7. Complete implementation cycle including customizations/integrations with CRM/external/legacy systems

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
