Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.<br/> </p><p><b>Partner with the best</b></p><p>As a Quality Control Inspector, you will perform quality check, non-destructive test and control activities for the fabrication of components of the different types of Baker Hughes products, following the applicable technical specifications, the technical product drawing and the processing cycle.</p><p>The activities must be carried out in compliance with the safety and quality standards defined by the company for the areas of competence.</p><p></p><p>As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Performing daily activities according to Health, Safety Environment &amp; Quality standard</li><li>Realizing material identification, execution of quality check of the state of the details in accordance with the applicable specifications</li><li>Performing Quality supervision, non-destructive test and cycle work documentation check</li><li>Participating to weekly HSE &amp; Quality communication shared by Ops Leader and Production Supervisor with all the team (safety Talk &amp; quality Talk)</li><li>Monitoring quality KPI</li><li>Developing and executing Quality Assurance plans and NCR systems</li><li>Supervising of quality inspections</li><li>Managing quality documentation and reports issued by inspectors</li><li>Collecting and archiving quality records</li><li>Supporting and participating to internal and external audits</li><li>Participating to welding and NDT qualification activities</li></ul><p></p><p> <b><span>Qualifications/Requirements</span> </b></p><ul><li>High school diploma (preferably Mechanical Expert)</li><li>Preferably experience in similar role in Oil &amp; Gas environment</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings/technical specifications</li><li>Knowledge and Expertise to use precision measuring instruments</li><li>Availability to make transfers and/or relocations</li><li>Availability to work on weekends if necessary</li><li>Preferable to know fundamental of welding for manual, automatic and semi-automatic process</li><li>Computer skills (using Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.)</li><li>Be fluent in Italian, fluency in English is preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></p><p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
