Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying and performing routine building maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry; minor electrical heating ventilation, mechanical, electrical, general cleaning and air conditioning (HVAC) to maintain a safe, operable, comfortable working environment for staff and visitors. 

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in building maintenance (carpentry, minor electrical heating ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in a commercial business setting) preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and to be “On-Call” for emergency building and facility needs.
