Accounting Assistant

**This role is an in-office role located at: 8725 N. Henderson Road, Tampa, FL**

Position Purpose: With the corporate Medicare Enrollment CASH team, you will apply all premium payments into various systems and databases.

• Apply all incoming premium payments, correspondence and mis-directed inquiries.
• Reconciliation of premium allocation into the correct account, and ability to report out analysis findings.
• Enter manual billing information
• Update Accounts Payable check requests logs
• Analyze various reports including aging activity, accounts receivable credits, days sales outstanding and cash to revenue
• Assist with semi-monthly billing

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of accounts receivable or payable, accounting, or finance experience. 1+ years in medical cash posting or line item posting. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay Range: $15.58 - $26.73 per hour
