Senior Full Stack Developer

Launchpad is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help advance Attik, our internal web and mobile platform that powers operations across the company.

You’ll work directly with the Product Development team to build, maintain, and enhance the core systems behind Attik. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks, comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the Attik platform across web and mobile.
• Write clean, efficient code using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Design and optimize backend services, APIs, and data structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and help mentor other developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring reliability and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across front-end and back-end.
• Experience with React, React Native, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or similar databases.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and API design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with AWS, Vercel, or other deployment platforms.
• Prior experience working on internal or monolithic enterprise tools.
• Knowledge of integrations such as QuickBooks, Twilio, or Mapbox.
