We do this through digital storytelling on our intranet and internal social media, videos and graphics, events and companywide broadcasts.

Role Description

Are you a good storyteller? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you like meeting new people and working with new teams?

As an Employee Communications Co-op on the Corporate Communications team, you will help support our overall internal communications strategy. You will learn about new programs and products, draft communications that help employees understand them, and then work with your teammates to put that plan in action across a number of communication channels.

You will also work alongside another Employee Communication Co-op. While you may have different day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a co-op partner within the team to collaborate with on projects.

What are some interesting problems the student will work on?

You’ll be among the first to hear about an upcoming project, campaign, company change, or new offering. You’ll then need to tap into your creativity to find ways to get employees excited about this news across a number of different avenues – from social media, to contests, surveys, polls, videos and more.

We’re looking for someone who is curious about learning and excited to offer ideas. You’ll be among a group of creative, driven teammates who collaborate closely to support each other.
