About the Position:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator/ Cosmetology Educator for our C Tucson, AZ School. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be delivering high levels of customer service to our students, customers, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting salon guests, managing the reception area, routing calls, data entry, managing the Point of Sale, and mentoring assigned students. Additional responsibilities include assisting with orientation, open houses, and other admissions-related activities. In this role, you may also assist as a Substitute Educator.
This position may require early morning, evening, and Saturday hours.
The pay rate for this position is $ 17.00 - 19.00 per hour, depending on experience and schedule.
- Active Cosmetology License or Cosmetology Instructor License as required by state law.
- Experience as a stylist in a licensed salon required.
- Experience teaching or training experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of Customer Service.
