Internship: Human Resources – Recruitment (m/f/d)

As working student in our Talent Acquisition team at NXP Austria you will get the opportunity to gain first-hand insights into recruitment processes of an international, diverse company, to put your knowledge into practice and to grow your professional skills.

Your Responsibilities:

As a student in our recruitment team you will

• drive and manage student recruitment activities in Austria.

• create job descriptions, screen CV’s, interview candidates, and extend job offers for student positions.

• establishing and maintaining a talent pipeline.

• organize and participate in quarterly student get-together meetings.

• also be responsible for organizing and participating in job fairs and university career events.

• drive our summer internship recruitment process.

Your Profile:

• As a student of Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Law or a similar field, you will be a suitable candidate.

• Any first professional experience, such as HR internships, will be appreciated.

• Expressing an interest in technical recruitment is important.

• You should possess very good English and German skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office is expected from you.

• Your high service orientation, excellent communication skills, and reliable and organized working style are crucial.

• Your availability should be a minimum of 25 hours per week., ideally 30 to 35 hours per week.

Salary:

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,200 gross/month for full-time employment.
