Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Sr. International Tax Analyst to join our Tax team. You will be responsible for foreign tax provision computation and reporting, US international tax compliance, transfer pricing computation and entries, and assist with international tax planning and operational support for ServiceNow business. You will have strong tax technical skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Director, International Tax who is based in Santa Clara, California.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare GILTI, FDII, Subpart-F and FTC for provision and compliance
  • Prepare international forms for the US 1120, such as 5471’s, 5472’s, 1118’s, 8975, 8858 and 8594
  • Prepare and file Form 6166 Certification of US Tax Residency
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly and year-end income tax provisions regarding international subsidiaries and affiliates using OneSource Tax Provision software
  • Calculate international tax attributes and positions during the quarterly tax provision and forecast processes, including estimating E&P, subpart F, GILTI and FDII, PTEP pools, and foreign tax credits
  • Support local foreign country tax return process
  • Assist with reviewing statutory financial statements and associated tax provision
  • Prepare transfer pricing entries for various transactions
  • Prepare tax account reconciliations
  • Research general international tax issues
  • Assist with implementing process improvements
  • Assist with special tax projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with a broad range of tax issues facing large multinational corporations, including public accounting, law firm, and/or industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree in Taxation or CPA a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent tax research and analytical skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer technical skills – Advanced MS Excel, Alteryx
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, OneSource Experience with automated tax systems preferred

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $104,900 - $173,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
