This position serves as the principal technical authority for the application portfolio and is responsible for establishing technical strategy, solution architecture, engineering standards, and modernization roadmaps while ensuring successful delivery of secure, scalable, cloud-based solutions.</p> <p>Working closely with the Program Manager, Senior Lead Developer, Business Analyst / QA Lead, and Government stakeholders, the Technical Lead provides architectural oversight, mentors technical staff, supports modernization initiatives, and ensures all application development activities align with industry best practices, Federal requirements, and organizational objectives. <strong>This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Solution Architecture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain enterprise application architecture and technical roadmaps.</li> <li>Design secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud-native application architectures.</li> <li>Define application integration strategies, API architectures, and data flows.</li> <li>Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend technical solutions that improve performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.</li> <li>Develop current-state and future-state architecture documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical leadership to software development te
