Electrical Construction Manager

<p>Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.</p><p>We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.</p><p>We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a <strong>Electrical Construction Manager</strong> to join our team. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul> <li>Manage site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager, ensuring all works meet the highest standards.</li> <li>Oversee the project schedule with the Project Team and prepare two-week look-aheads for upcoming works.</li> <li>Ensure labour resources are planned and maintained in line with project requirements.</li> <li>Supervise subcontractor activities, monitoring progress against schedules and manpower trackers.</li> <li>Identify and report all variations and delays to Project Management.</li> <li>Verify that all plant and materials delivered are in line with specifications and safely stored onsite.</li> <li>Support project close-out, including O&amp;M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, and material handovers, in collaboration with the Site Project Manager.</li> <li>Uphold compliance and governance standards, including: </li> <ul> <li>Enforcing Health &amp; Safety requirements and promoting safe working practices.</li> <li>Driving continuous safety improvements and ensuring high housekeeping standards.</li> <li>Completing weekly “Don’t Walk By” safety cards.</li> </ul> <li>Collaborate with Package Managers to develop and implement company procedures.</li> <li>Manage change control effectively, ensuring cost and programme impacts are captured and addressed.</li> </ul><p></p><p>This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical electrical construction activities while contributing to the successful delivery of major projects.</p>
