Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Pain Management – Advocate Health (Crystal Lake, IL)
Advocate Health is seeking a motivated and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Pain Management team in the Crystal Lake area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, team-based environment delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Rotating call schedule shared with physicians
- Inpatient rounding responsibilities at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital
Practice Highlights
- Collaborative 3-provider practice: 2 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Clinician
- Strong team support with:
- Dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant
- 2 Registered Nurses handling clinical calls and patient inquiries
- Approximately 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient rounding
- Average patient volume: 18–22 patients per day
