To support our growing company, we are currently looking for 

Global Controlling – Operations Expert (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Support of the management team as an internal consultant and a sparring partner

• Elaboration of internal and external reports

• Ensure target-oriented management for our production department

• Responsibility for the timely completion and correct output of the controlling processes

• Coordination of the planning and forecast process with operative focus on the production controlling part including the used tools

• Collaboration in improvement and automation projects

• Collection and development of proposals for the improvement of controlling processes and tools

• Supervision of compliance of the group’s production processes with global standards

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in economics or business administration

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in controlling

• Very good analytical skills

• Technical affinity, SQL knowledge is an advantage

• Ability to work across different departments as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executives

• Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German
