Senior User Researcher

<h2>The Role</h2><p>We’re seeking a <strong>Senior User Researcher </strong>to join Zenitech’s established Design &amp; Strategy team, supporting a key US healthcare client on a large, complex digital platform.</p><p>This is a research-led role, with a clear focus on generating insight that shapes product direction, experience decisions, and delivery priorities. You’ll work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineering squads to bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and ensure decisions are grounded in evidence rather than assumptions.</p><p>The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with multiple squads working in parallel. While the initial engagement sits within healthcare, Zenitech operates a consultancy model, so over time, you’ll apply your research expertise across different clients and domains. Strong foundational research capability and adaptability are essential.</p><p>This role suits someone who is confident in owning research end-to-end, comfortable influencing direction through insight, and experienced in working at pace in complex delivery environments.
