Project Overview:

Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located along State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake. Business Unit (GBU) is executing site civil and marine scopes of work associated with our scopes of work on the Energy GBU LNG projects.

Job Summary:

The role is based on the Port Arthur Liquefaction Project site (7 miles south of Port Arthur, Texas), and works a 48-hour extended work week at job site location.

The successful candidate will be willing and able to work a reasonable amount of overtime and if required night shift, as needed to support safe project execution.

 

The Employee Relations Administrator provides administrative support as required to the workforce services employee relations team. #LI-TH1

 

Major Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative assistance and support to the project-based employee relations program.
• Assisting in incoming employee issues, receiving employees at field office, manages documentation and/or data collection as appropriate.
• Documents jurisdictional work assignments. Maintains associated documentation for records.
• Assists in employee surveys and presentations of data for reporting to management.
• Assists in daily, weekly and monthly employee data reporting.
• Performs research and develops statistical information, data and assist in investigations.
• May prepare and distribute site notifications, project information and tracking meeting action items.
• Develops knowledge of practical application of labor laws, equal employment/affirmative action legislation and related government policies.
• Assists in monitoring work practices daily on a field project and advises superior of observed and/or anticipated employee issues. <
