Looking for an internship in a growing and valuable part of our Bunge Business? Interested to learn about the Bunge Nutrition Business and the markets & customers it serves in Europe? We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial intern, supporting our market mapping and account planning activities!
 

Purpose of the Internship
The main objective is to grow and diversify Bunge’s nutrition business in Europe. We commercialize innovations, we enter into new market (segments) and we develop strong connections with existing and with new customers. As Commercial Intern Nutrition Europe, you will support the team in creating account plans for our main customers and in mapping out our target markets (infant formula, medical nutrition, food supplements and sport nutrition). 

 

Your responsibilities
Market Mapping:

• Completing the existing market mapping for the target markets, focused on market size (in volume) and differentiating on customer type.
• Creating a “prospect / hit list” for the Nutrition Sales Team to target with the existing customer value propositions.

 

Creating Account plans: 

• Updating and completing the existing account plans using available data and information as well as using new sources of information.
• Creating customer stakeholder maps, building out from our established contacts at these accounts.

 

Is this you?
Are you a commercial intern with a high level of ambition and persistence? Someone who can quickly capture existing knowhow, then identify and fill gaps in our market maps and accounts plans. You can work individually, while thriving on interaction with the Bunge Nutrition team. Next to this you have a curious mindset, aiming to understand the team’s needs and to use insights to create plans and target prospect lists. 

• HBO, Bachelor or master in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Communication, or related area:
• You want to gain knowledge of business markets within an international company instead of doing research.

Additional skills that would contribute to the role:

• Understanding of (and curiosity about) Food and Nutrition
• IT Skills: especially MS office (Excel and Powerpoint) as well as SalesForce CRM

As a full-time intern (we are flexible on the hours when you need to combine it with your studies), you are engaged in daily operations and a variety of projects, depending on the topic of your study, internship assignment or thesis, making a positive impact in the organization. We cover expenses with a monthly gross amount of 750 Euro.
