Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Perform external Market research and benchmarking on DEI Strategic Partners to help identify the right partners for ServiceNow, including a regular assessment of current partnerships.
  • Track key metrics on partners & their productivity/effectiveness on an ongoing basis, perform analysis based on metrics, and create relevant reports for leadership.
  • Operationalize partner strategy aligned to DEI Employee Growth, Development, Brand, DEI goals, and People Pact.
  • Liaise with key external partners as key DEI Partnerships lead within ServiceNow.
  • Partner with DEI BPs on how to best leverage DEI external partners by function.
  • Build, define, and execute DEI partners’ communication strategy.
  • Coordinate internally within ServiceNow to identify participants for programs and events with partners​.
  • Build and manage a data informed library along with internal and external facing collateral for enterprise-wide DEI strategic partners and initiatives to improve belonging, engagement, growth, and development for employees.
  • Provide support for DEI Partnerships budget, including submitting Pos, ensuring timely payment, and forecasting for following fiscal year.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Track record of successful partnerships, preferably within DEI space​
  • Cross functional collaboration​
  • Understand intersection points across the enterprise. ​
  • Knowledge of what makes an effective partner​.
  • Ability to identify trends and outcomes from data and synthesize data for a leadership audience​.
  • Project management experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills​
