Full Time Upper School Substitute Teacher

Currey Ingram Academy is currently accepting applications for an Upper School Permanent Substitute to begin in August 2025. This is a full-time position that will provide daily, as-needed classroom coverage for grades 9-12, ensuring continuity of instruction and student support in the absence of faculty members. Responsibilities will include implementing lesson plans across various subjects, managing classroom routines, and supporting students in both academic and social settings. Additionally, the permanent substitute may assist with classroom, enrichment, and supervisory duties as needed.

Excellent communication skills in both oral and written expression, as well as the ability to adapt to different classroom environments, are required. Candidates should have a four-year degree and experience working in schools or with a background in education. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting students with learning differences.
