NET is looking for an experienced Outpatient Therapist! 

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Independent Contractor Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic team in our Integrated Care Wellness Center at NET. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and will be adept at providing therapeutic interventions in an outpatient setting. 

Role Responsibilities 

• Conduct Intake Evaluations, Individual, Family, Collateral sessions 

• Document sessions through Electronic Health Record, Credible 

• Maintain and update client demographic information in client chart 

• Evaluate client’s progress regularly 

• Create/update Treatment Plans in collaboration with client & client’s family 

• Attend mandatory training as required by payor and regulatory standards and best practices 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology or related field required; Master's degree preferred 

• Experience working with substance use populations
