What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Data Analytics

 

Location: Hybrid - St Louis Park  / Bellevue

 

Expected start date: June 2025

 

Duration: 12 months

 

Working hours:  Full-time (40 hrs./week)

 

 

 

  • Learn, verify, and document the KPIs across Service Delivery
  • Using multiple reporting tools (Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Salesforce, Excel, BI) to build Executive Level reports/Dashboards and/or run reports to gather data across various areas of our business
  • Generate predictive analysis using Python or other similar tools
  • Research business problems related to data quality; take action to resolve the problems
  • Identify and document differing business practices that impact the results (and that might impact the future of KPIs)
  • Employ techniques of data preparation and data wrangling to clean and position data for review, and build Microsoft PowerPoint templates to share the data
  • Enrich data sources with external information to validate or challenge our KPIs
  • Request changes or new reports to be created

 

 

 

What you bring:

 

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Education: Working on a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Data Analytics
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both Verbal and written, comfortable speaking to all levels of leadership
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and persistence in data analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of Tableau and Microsoft BI (building reports and dashboards)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables, advanced filtering, charting, and predictive analysis
  • Curiosity about business processes and business data
  • Team player
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new information quickly
  • Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills - ability to critically analyze data and information to identify gaps and recommend options for resolution
