Credit Analyst

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of Scottsdale, AZ, United States.

Essential Functions:

• Process credit applications
• Complete credit investigative work utilizing credit reports, references, and internet searches to establish customer credit limits within established guidelines
• Analyze information to determine if the account is eligible for a credit line increase and set credit limits accordingly
• Review and adjust customer lines of credit
• Maintain general credit mailbox
• Maintain current information in support of established credit limits making recommendations to management
• Maintain a positive relationship with the sales, and customers by utilizing good communication and collaboration
• Escalate key issues to the Credit Manager or VP of Finance

Requirements

• Customer Service/Relationship Management
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office platform
• Intermediate Excel skills are a must
• Data entry/typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• 1 year of business-to-business credit investigation experience preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Familiar with credit reporting agencies (e.g., DNB, ANSONIA)
