We are seeking leaders to help deliver on this vision.</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Data and Reporting Analyst</strong> to help further develop and measure the customer experience delivered by our Customer Experience teams. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Experience team, serving as a thought partner in coordinating and collaborating internally on the design, execution, and measurement of our customer experience. You will be responsible for driving the data and reporting strategy to help achieve our customer experience operational strategy.</p> <h3>What you'll do:</h3> <ul> <li>Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis, interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Guide users on visualization and data analysis best practices.</li> <li>Reporting Solutions: Design and develop sophisticated reports, dashboards, and visualizations primarily using Google’s Looker data analytics platform. Experience with data analysis tools like Looker, Excel/Gsheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is also valuable.</li> <li>SQL Knowledge: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from various databases/data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.</li> <li>Data Modeling: Implement efficient Looker LookML data models to integrate multiple data sources and create unified datasets for analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by conducting thorough data validation and reconciliation processes.</li> <li>Performance Optimization: Enhance the performance of reports and Looker data models, optimizing data retrieval and processing.</li> <li>Strategic Business Partner: Serve as a consultative partner to CX leadership, translating high-level business goals into data strategies. You will facilitate discovery sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively advise on how data can solve operational challenges.</li> <li>Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable data solutions.
