Context/role

The Benefits & Engagement, business line of Edenred, is looking for his/her new IT Security Operations and Incident Response Analyst.

You will cover multiple Business units distributed in Europe and be responsible for managing IT security alerts and incidents within their designated scope. This role involves implementing detection capabilities, supporting remediation efforts with local teams, and overseeing IT resilience capabilities for assets. The analyst will also share critical alerts and indicators with the Governance team and provide technical support on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with our cybersecurity framework.

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

You will be in charge of:

»  Monitoring and managing IT security alerts and incidents, ensuring timely identification, investigation, and resolution in accordance with our framework's incident response protocols

»  Document incidents and responses, maintaining accurate records for compliance and reporting purposes

»  Implementing and enhancing Group detection capabilities and supporting remediation with the local teams including Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), Static Application Security Testing (SAST), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools

»  Collaborating with local teams to ensure effective deployment and integration of detection technologies

»  Supporting & supervising the IT Resilience capabilities of assets in your scope (including DRP, Crisis management processes)

»  Sharing alerts, indicators, and relevant security information with the Governance team, ensuring they are informed of potential threats and incidents

»  Staying informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and trends in cybersecurity, ensuring that detection and response strategies are updated accordingly

»  Participating in post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements to processes and controls

»  Assisting in training local teams on incident response procedures, detection capabilities, and IT resilience practice

»  Manage IT Security incidents and alerts on the B&E Europe scope (17 Business units)

»  Detect & support remediation of vulnerabilities

»  Support IT Resilience topics such as Crisis management, DRP, Failover test, backup recovery

»  Share alerts, indicators & reporting to Governance team and technically support them daily
