We are the OCI Distributed Cloud Delivery team nested within the Product and Industries organization. The team's remit is the overarching delivery of the current distributed cloud product portfolio and the design, development, and delivery of the next generation. Due to the nature of the products and the unique customer requirements associated, our team represents the breath of product delivery: understanding and executing access to new markets, generation/maturing of greenfield processes and engineering solutions, navigation of logical and physical compliance requirements, owning delivery of contracts, and managing customer capacity.
In this Technical Program Management role, you will be working to realize the Cloud division's strategic roadmap through the tactical execution of the projects and programs you own. This role relies heavily on teamwork, leadership, and execution through influence to materialize and maintain the momentum needed to drive your statement of work.

The OCI Distributed Cloud Delivery team is focused on business planning, program management, and unique engineering needs to deliver cloud products tailored for the complete scope of Oracle customers.
You will define project scopes, plan, and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
You will monitor the project from initiation through delivery and organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. You will assign and monitor the work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. You will collaborate closely with our partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that make their needs and businesses complete.
You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects. You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. You should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud. You will partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to create solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
- 4+ years experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields
- 3+ years experience in software program management and/or engineering management.
- Highly skilled with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to write concise proposal documents
- Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels including the executive level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented with proven sound judgment.
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- Technical understanding of enterprise-level cloud technologies or a background that enables you to understand cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in problem-solving with development teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with cloud computing engineering, sales, and marketing teams or related technical fields.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle/ PMI or SCRUM Master Certification; experience with Agile methodologies, and working knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)
