As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic leader who helps multiple business areas deliver results through the right org design, talent, leadership practices, and team member experience. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a champion of our culture, and a driver of high-impact people initiatives aligned to business priorities and growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic HR Partnership & Leader Coaching: Partner with senior leaders to attract, develop and retain top talent in the organization to support business strategy. Actively participate as a member of the business leadership team. Coach leaders on leading and managing their organizations effectively, including driving HR programs and initiatives in support of organizational goals and growth.
  • Workforce Planning, Talent & Succession: Facilitate workforce supply/demand analysis, forecasting, and planning; assess gaps and define talent interventions. Coach leaders on succession planning and key talent movement to ensure future-ready pipelines. Lead and oversee talent acquisition for high-incumbent roles and help develop scalable onboarding programs.
  • Policy, Compliance & Employment Law Leadership: Identify needs for HR frameworks/tools; develop and implement policies and policy frameworks for assigned business areas, ensuring compliance and alignment with enterprise policy. Provide guidance on employment law, performance management, and consistent application of HR programs.
  • Total Rewards, Engagement & Analytics: Partner with Total Rewards to bring data and insights that inform rewards and recognition strategies aligned with business needs. Partner with Learning & Development to translate survey and people data into leader action plans that improve engagement and team member experience.
  • People Leadership: Hire, develop, coach, and manage direct reports (performance management, compensation planning input, and corrective actions as needed). Build an inclusive, empowering team culture that models Casey’s values and delivers results. 

Compensation:

Starting pay range:‏‏‎ ‎$128,700 - $183,800. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance and an annual equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experience required.
  • At least eight years of progressive, strategic HR business partner experience required, including people management experience.
  • Experience supporting large, multi-site or field-based populations (
