Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Product Owner (m/f/d) to become part of our Recourse Center. Our Recourse Center is responsible for all the technical documentation for our SCAYLE Clients. With SCAYLE, we offer our in-house developed eCommerce infrastructure as a licensed product for online retailers who want to grow quickly and innovatively. SCAYLE was launched as an API-first solution for brands and retailers that want to scale their digital business with the proven infrastructure of ABOUT YOU. What you will do

• Independently manage documentation projects from strategy and conception to content creation and ensure best-in-class results
• Be responsible for stakeholder management 
• Lead your team by establishing a supportive and motivational culture, driven by individual ideas and a common goal  
• Evaluate internal procedures, establish, implement, and document processes that support the continuous improvement of efficient business practices
• Support writing technical specifications, reports, and manuals for end-user documentation
• Analyze technical literature available, support writing descriptive copy, and verify documentation
• Lead investigations for critical and major deviations
• Help the team members to understand our SCAYLE products
• Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

Who you are

• Deep understanding of technical documentation & content, business processes, and functional dependencies
• You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
• You have a proactive mindset, want to take responsibility for your projects and are motivated to establish a premium experience for our customers You are always prepared, well-organized, and used to working with deadlines 
• Enthusiasm for information technology
• You are comfortable working in an international working environment
• You can speak and write English fluently
• You have a strong tech/developer background

Nice to have

• eCommerce experience 
• First touchpoints with APIs and development SDKs
• You can speak and write German fluently
