THE JOB:

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences with every cocktail you craft? As a Service Bartender, you will be at the heart of our hospitality, combining expert knowledge of our drink menu—including premium liquors, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options—with a keen eye for detail and a welcoming smile.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make and serve alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed

• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar

• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non‐alcoholic selections available

• Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork

• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior bartending experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate

The starting rate for this role is:

$18.00

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
