Molnlycke is now searching for a Clinical Specialist in the Texoma Region. The ideal candidate is WOCN or CWS certified Nurse or PT/OT, comfortable presenting to large groups, and based in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market. The Clinical Specialist uses their expertise to support the vision of Mölnlycke Health Care (MHC) and the Wound Care Division. The Clinical Specialist facilitates company activities by supporting the sales call pathway from a clinical orientation. Through the development of collegial and professional relationships, they influence change in healthcare in order to improve clinical outcomes and deliver on assigned territory and regional sales objectives.
Additionally, you will:
- Deliver product related programs to appropriate audiences and groups that position MHC product usage as outstanding solutions for safe, gentle and effective wound healing.
- Coordinate clinical activities with designated Region Manager and Territory Sales Managers to assist in the achievement of sales goals to improve patient and clinical outcomes.
- Act as the primary clinical resource for Territory Sales Managers, ensuring that clinical policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Provide training and support for new hire Territory Sales Managers.
- Assist with additional training of tenured Territory Sales Managers in the classroom, in the field and at National Sales or Region Meetings.
- Represent MHC at industry tradeshows and related surgical conferences.

Work/Life Balance

- Territory will cover Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, El Paso, and Albuquerque
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related specialty required; Master’s Degree preferred
- CWOCN®, CWON®, CWCN® (WOCN® board certification) or CWS® (ABWM® board certification) is required
- Approximately 5-7 years of progressively responsible, work related experience as a certified wound care clinician
- Comprehensive knowledge of wound care industry
- Strong industry & clinical network preferred
- Experience in presenting to large and small groups
