As an HR Technology Solution Manager, you optimize our HR processes and align technology with our strategic goals. You will manage HR tech projects, ensure our HCM solutions technical robustness and scalability. Technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support all relevant stakeholders are essential. You will collaborate closely with business and risk management representatives, as well as technical experts, to gather requirements and align them with the adoption roadmap. We are seeking a new team member to our People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team, but depending on the candidate this role can also be in our IT department.
As a Manager, HR Technology Solutions your main tasks conclude of
- Implementation and optimization of HCM solutions, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop HCM solutions according to the development backlog and roadmap, ensuring compliance with IT, HR, and business standards.
- Provide technical support to end-users, develop and maintain HR applications and integrations, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to enhance HR processes.
- Lead HR technology projects and continuous enhancement efforts.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of in-scope applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
You’re a strong candidate if you have
- Previous experience and proficiency in a technical support or system administration role in HCM systems, preferably with Oracle HCM.
- Acted as a project manager or in a similar role in implementation of new enhancements and technical solutions.
- Experience in using Atlassian tools: Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence.
- Understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
- Experience in process development, design and automation.

You understand broad concepts and can simplify them into practical implementations. Our official work language is English, however strong written and spoken Finnish skills are beneficial.

This is a permanent full-time position, and the starting date is negotiable. The position is based in our office in Helsinki, Töölönlahdenkatu 3A.
