RTX has an opening for an Associate Director, ERP Transformation PM – Cybersecurity (Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation).  Remote Opportunity.

• If you have experience driving technical execution of projects related to Cybersecurity implementation for ERP (ideally SAP’s S4 HANA solution).
• Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense?  If so, we are hiring an Associate Director Project Manager to help lead our ERP Cybersecurity Transformation.

What You Will Do:

Support RTX’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation Program, ensuring the alignment of Cybersecurity team activities and deliverables with those of other support teams and the broader program to ensure the consolidation and modernization of the RTX ERP footprint.

The RTX ERP Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems.

RTX has chosen SAP’s S4 HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the Strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically a minimum of 12+ years’ experience in the project management arena and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 10+ years related work experience.

10+ years’ experience with at least three of the following project activities, including at least one of the first 3 listed will be considered:

Implementation of ERP/SAP, including design, build, test, deploy/maintain for ERP/SAP security and controls Infrastructure/Cloud deployments with an emphasis on security/compliance ERP & non-ERP security/compliance and infrastructure security (cyber) implementation Agile software development, managing the transition from waterfall​ Large, complex A&D enterprise project -- or similarly regulated large org​anization Projects staffed via complex matrixed digital teams ​

Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:​

• Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects​
• PMMI and Agile Certifications​

Required Education:

Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
