Compensation Range: 104,600-130,700 plus sales bonus

Job Purpose
The Marketing Service Offerings Manager plays a key role in shaping and driving EnerSys’ service marketing strategy across the Energy Systems business. This role is responsible for defining, positioning, and executing marketing programs that promote EnerSys’ service and lifecycle management portfolio, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, energy management, and remote monitoring offerings. The successful candidate will collaborate across global marketing, product management, sales, and service operations to ensure that EnerSys’ service capabilities are clearly differentiated and aligned with customer needs in North America.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Service Portfolio Development
⦁ Define and manage the marketing strategy for EnerSys service offerings, including maintenance contracts, monitoring platforms (e.g., EnerSys Edge, PowerIQ), lifecycle services, and energy optimization programs.
⦁ Partner with Service and Product Management to identify opportunities for new or enhanced service offerings.
⦁ Develop go-to-market (GTM) plans and value propositions for new services or upgrades to existing programs.
Market Positioning & Messaging
⦁ Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and differentiation opportunities in the telecom, data center, and industrial segments.
⦁ Translate technical service capabilities into clear, compelling messaging and collateral that support EnerSys’ brand position as a trusted lifecycle partner.
⦁ Ensure messaging consistency across digital, sales, and customer-facing materials while tailoring positioning for the North American market.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation
⦁ Partner with regional sales and channel teams to create service-focused campaigns, sales tools, presentations, and playbooks.
⦁ Develop content for web, social, and digital platforms to drive awareness and demand for EnerSys service offerings.
⦁ Support service revenue growth initiatives, including service bundling, renewals, and upsell programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
⦁ Work closely with Product Management, Global Marketing, Service Operations, and Finance to align on pricing, portfolio design, and profitability goals.
⦁ Act as the internal advocate for service marketing, ensuring that service value is represented across campaigns and new product launches.
⦁ Coordinate global service marketing initiatives and adapt them for North American execution.
Performance Tracking
⦁ Define KPIs to measure service marketing performance, lead conversion, and ROI.
⦁ Monitor campaign analytics and customer engagement to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within energy storage, power systems, or industrial technology sectors.
• Experience managing service or solution portfolios in a global or matrixed organization.
