A role in Corporate Compliance and Ethics means providing support and managing key compliance areas for Target including stores, distribution centers and at headquarters.

As a Lead Data Consultant-Third Party Risk Management & Compliance, your responsibilities will be exploring data, technologies, and the application of mathematical techniques to derive business insights, enable risk-based decision making, and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls.  You will spend your time determining the best approach to gather, model, manipulate, analyze and present data. You will be the end-user product expert for the Third-Party eGRC application and will work with the agile product team to optimize the functionality of the system. You will be responsible for the maintenance and quality of data housed in the eGRC system and other associated systems. You will use your knowledge of Target’s data sources to perform analysis and provide insights to risk and compliance program owners. You will partner with risk and compliance program owners to develop automation solutions to drive productivity. Additionally, you will support the team through exploration of data, technologies, and the application of mathematical techniques that enable actionable business insights including the development of metrics, reports, and statistics. Along the way you will be applying best practices for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization by sharing solutions with others (clients, peers, etc.) while upskilling on new and emerging technologies with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Leverage advanced proficiency and subject matter expertise in numerical analysis, data governance, data science, and product development.

• Analyze large amounts of disparate enterprise data and define key metrics to evaluate the performance of the Third-party risk and compliance functions
