Description
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer who applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288.

• Maintain/produce documentation including slide decks as requested by the customer, standard operating procedures, project overview and dataflow/architecture
• Maintaining online documentation by archiving out of date pages and ensuring all other pages are current
• Stay current and maintain capabilities compliance 
• Run the Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings
• Assist with User Helpdesk by handling access requests, bug reports and communicate with developer leads when feature requests are received
• Facilitate release End user testing

Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
 
Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience; or A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience (any process area); or A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience; or A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an
accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $205,000 - $235,000.
