Senior Intercompany Order Management Specialist

Work Flexibility: Onsite<p></p><p></p>Provide first class customer service for the Stryker selling divisions &amp; LRD’s. Support and execute the logistics in accordance with customer SLA, CDC objectives, RAQA and Trade Compliance. Ensure a smooth supply chain through order management and follow up.<p></p><u>Responsibilities:</u><ul><li>Overseeing and coordinating the order management and customer-facing activities to meet goals and quality requirements while setting and/or prioritizing tactical issues, and evaluations based on Customer <span>demands/trends/needs.</span></li><li>Provides first class customer service; first point of contact for Stryker LRD’s.</li><li>Support and execute the logistics in accordance with customer SLA, Business rules, CDC objectives, RA/QA, and Trade Compliance. Supports a smooth supply chain through order management.<ul><li>Order management: Order entry; Order follow up; Support on warehouse processing; Reporting towards customers and other stakeholders</li></ul><ul><li>Communication; Contact person for customer service departments regarding outstanding sales orders, pending shipments and any other relevant inquiries</li></ul><ul><li>Escalation handling</li></ul><ul><li>Application of Stryker business rules</li></ul><ul><li>Preparation of relevant documentation</li></ul></li><li>Interact with Supply Chain for inventory availability</li><li>Support tactical issues with forwarders, customer service and customers</li><li>Reporting towards Customer Service, Purchasing, Plants, LRD’s and selling divisions</li><li>Identify opportunities for service &amp; process improvement; participating in initiatives / projects to improve service, productivity, processes and capabilities, and/or cost reductions</li><li>Will manage equipment and workload/capacity to meet the Customers’ needs</li><li>Will ensure compliance with all aspects of our Quality Management System, from alert notification through customer’s satisfaction</li><li>Supporting the Demand and Supply Execution (DSE) process as part of the IBP cycle.</li></ul><u>Expectation:</u><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Operations / Medical Industry</li><li>Fluent English and Polish</li><li>Advanced skills in MS office, SAP</li><li>Excellent communications and interpersonal skills</li><li>The role requires a high degree of independence and responsibility</li><li>Solid and comprehensive communication and diplomatic skills</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p>Travel Percentage: 10%<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
