Job Title: RCM Analyst Planner/Scheduler
Department/Division: Facilities Operations
Brief Position Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all RCM-related inspection routes, planning diagnostic campaigns, and integrating CBM activities into the CMMS with predictive maintenance forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain predictive maintenance calendars using vibration, oil, IR, and ultrasound intervals.
- Schedule and assign RCM inspections based on equipment criticality and asset hierarchy.
- Coordinate with maintenance planners and CMMS administrators to ensure schedule integrity.
- Track overdue inspections and generate reports to inform operational priorities.
- Support analysis of test data trends to optimize future inspection intervals.
- Maintain records of equipment condition histories and assist with CMMS updates.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on RCM program effectiveness and KPI tracking.
- Ensure all work is aligned with DHA SOPs, CMMS data standards, and Solicitation Requirements for Starting the RCM Program

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in CMMS scheduling, preferably with RCM or CBM programs.
- Working knowledge of vibration, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound testing.
- Proficient in data analysis and asset lifecycle planning.
Special Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation
