As a Business Systems Analyst, Sr within PNC's Enterprise Fraud organization, you will be based in the Phoenix, AZ office located at 2850 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Weekly in office time is needed.

Needed experience:
1. Experience with business process modeling and tools around it such as FlowCharts, UML and BPMN
2. Intermediate level of experience with PL/SQL or any RDBMS
3. Familiarity with some of the technologies that we commonly use in our Fraud engineering space such as Rest API, Containers, Docker, Kafka, Elastic, Dynatrace, Actimize tools such as ActOne, AIS and PolicyMaker


Mentoring and coaching junior BSA team members.
Taking a lead role in complex requirements analysis and documentation.
Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
Providing input into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Acting as a subject matter expert in the Agile methodology and related tools.
Acting as a subject matter expert over presiding teams service capabilities.
Actively participating in release management activities.

Skillsets:

Hard Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe Agile)
Proficiency in business process reengineering and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with release management processes and tools.

Soft Skills:
Inspirational leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and empower team members.
Strategic thinking and the capacity to align business objectives with technical solutions while considering long-term implications.

Job Description

• Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
• Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .
• Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .
• Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .
• Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .
