Technical Analyst-SCCM
Gullview TechnologiesAbout the role
Ah, the great outdoors! The pristine wilderness of the east metro of the Twin Cities is calling, but not just for the usual pastimes of hunting, fishing, and camping. No, this time it's for a Contract-to-Hire Opportunity for an Endpoint Engineer.
Now, don't let the job title fool you. This isn't some fancy-pants desk job. You'll be right in the thick of things, working to develop, maintain, support, and optimize the technology infrastructure of a multi-brand organization that's been around for over a century. And let me tell you, friend, this ain't no walk in the park.
As an Endpoint Engineer, you'll be tasked with making sure that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. That means you'll need to be a master of SCCM and InTune, able to create and deploy policies, and have experience in OS deployment, patch management, and mobile device management. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. You'll also need to be an expert in endpoint/PC management, Win10/11, MacOS, and PowerShell. Whew, I'm getting tired just thinking about it.
But if you're up to the challenge, then this job just might be for you. We're looking for someone with the experience and technical know-how to tackle any problem that comes their way. You'll need to be able to perform systems administration within a large-scale hybrid (on-prem and cloud-based) multi-server, multi-location, Microsoft client/server network running Windows and supporting a thousand Client Technology devices. Phew, that's a mouthful!
So, do you have what it takes to be the Endpoint Engineer for our client? Can you handle the heat, the pressure, and the occasional cyber security issue? If so, then lace up your boots, grab your laptop, and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime. Who knows what kind of craziness awaits you out there in the wilds of the tech world.
