Your challenge:

As an (Associate) Team Lead Workplace Experience at Taxfix, you'll be at the forefront of our dynamic company culture, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our workplace experience.

Your mission is to lead the strategy that supports our culture and ensures our offices comply with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Reporting to the Head of Executive Office and Workplace Experience, and working with a team of Workplace Experience Managers, you will be a crucial cornerstone of cross-functional productivity across the organisation. Your proactive, solution-oriented attitude is your compass in this exciting adventure.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the global strategy for workplace culture and community, designing initiatives and events tailored to both business and local team needs—tracking success metrics and adjusting accordingly.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations across all Taxfix locations, including space and facilities management, guest services, security, health and safety, and cafeteria operations.

  • Identify and implement workplace improvements and sustainability initiatives, while driving operational excellence through automation, process optimization, and smart resource allocation.

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate impactful events—ensuring alignment with company culture, budget adherence, high quality, and efficient use of resources.

  • Deliver timely project updates and data-driven presentations to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across the business and with external vendors to support hybrid work models, office occupancy planning, and broader workplace initiatives.

  • Manage, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Workplace Experience Managers—leading recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development aligned with Taxfix values.

Your profile:

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in office or workplace management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-location operations or teams.

  • You have a strong command of workplace operations—from vendor and budget management to facilities oversight and compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations in Germany.

  • You’re proficient with workplace tools like TravelPerk and Jira, and eager to explore AI and automation to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • You’re an excellent communicator and negotiator—able to engage diplomatically across diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and build trusted partnerships.

  • You think and act with structure and agility—organizing complex projects, reprioritizing when needed, and staying calm under pressure in high-stakes environments.

  • You make thoughtful, data-informed decisions and are confident presenting outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • You embody professionalism and discretion, maintain high ethical standards, and lead with a can-do attitude, cultural sensitivity, and a focus on team wellbeing.

  • You have familiarity with (generative) AI tools and are skilled in using those to streamline efficiency.
