Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Product Manager, Process Engineering to join our Product team.

Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.

As an Associate Product Manager on the Process Engineering team, you will work closely with a cross functional team of other PMs, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to solve impactful, important, and interesting business problems related to internal processes that support Members, Providers, Claim Operations, Virtual Care Operations, and more. You’ll own delivering fully custom developed solutions within our Business Process Management software platform. This includes building core systems from conception and ideation, through design and development, into deployment, and onto continued maintenance. You’ll be responsible for gathering and defining the products’ requirements, determining which features are feasible, and validating the final product with internal end-users including other Oscar engineers, data scientists, operations specialists, financial teams, and others across the organization. You’ll also be responsible for defining and developing a product roadmap and measuring the impact of your product to further iterate on Oscar’s ability to operate an efficient health insurance company.

You will report to a Group Product Manager. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C.
